Managing Director & Registered Manager (Business)

Elizabeth leads Holding Hearts  with a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. A qualified Occupational Therapist, she has spent the past seven years working within the care sector, including four years in management and operational roles. Inspired by her parents' long-standing careers in care, Elizabeth followed in their footsteps and is proud to now lead her own care business. Having recently achieved her Registered Manager qualification, she remains committed to building a service that puts compassion, dignity, and comfort at the heart of everything it does.

 Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Bongani brings extensive leadership experience and a deep commitment to supporting people within their communities. A qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), he previously owned and managed his own successful care business, serving as Registered Manager for seven years before recently selling the organisation. Alongside his professional career, Bongani is a pastor and devoted family man, married with four children. His values of compassion, integrity, and service continue to shape the vision and direction of Holding Hearts.

 Chief of Staff

Natasha plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Holding Hearts. A qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with over 25 years of nursing experience, she has previously owned and operated her own care business and brings a wealth of clinical and leadership expertise to the organisation. Married with four children and actively involved in her local community as a pastor, Natasha is passionate about supporting both clients and colleagues to achieve the highest standards of care.

Registered Manager (Compliance)

Diane brings more than 35 years of experience within the health and social care sector, with a particular focus on residential and domiciliary care services. She has spent over 30 years working as a Registered Manager and holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care. Her extensive knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, and service improvement helps ensure Holding Hearts consistently delivers safe, effective, and high-quality support. Outside of work, Diane enjoys spending time with her three children and two grandchildren.

 Clinical Lead 

Liz brings more than 35 years of nursing and healthcare experience to Holding Hearts. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of clinical and leadership roles, including owning and managing her own healthcare business. Initially joining the organisation as a consultant, Liz's expertise and dedication quickly made her an invaluable part of the team, leading her to take on the role of Clinical Lead. She is passionate about maintaining outstanding standards of care and supporting both clients and staff to achieve the very best outcomes.

 Care Coordinator

Zuko is responsible for helping coordinate care services and ensuring clients receive the support they need when they need it most. Originally from South Africa, he is a trained psychologist with four years of experience within the care sector. His career began in residential care, where he worked as a Senior Carer before moving into domiciliary care and later progressing into a coordination role. Zuko's understanding, professionalism, and commitment to person-centred care make him a valued member of the Holding Hearts team.

 Care Coordinator

Pat plays an important role in coordinating care services and supporting both clients and carers across the business. She brings four years of hands-on care experience, having worked in residential care as a Senior Carer before gaining further experience within domiciliary and complex care services. Her practical understanding of frontline care allows her to provide valuable support to families and colleagues alike. As both a dedicated professional and proud mother, Pat is passionate about helping people receive compassionate, reliable care that truly makes a difference.
